01. I get to know your business

Before I start creating anything, I want to understand what makes your business tick — your audience, goals, tone of voice, competitors and what you're currently doing on social.

We'll also talk about the things you know better than anyone else: the questions your customers ask, the conversations you're constantly having and the topics you could probably talk about all day.

That's usually where the best content starts.

02. I build the plan

From there, I'll develop your social media strategy and turn it into an ongoing content plan.

I'll come up with the concepts, hooks, scripts and post ideas so everything we create has a purpose behind it.

03. We create the content

If you're providing the footage, I'll give you everything you need to film it — including scripts, prompts and direction.

04. I take it from there

Once I’ve got the footage, I'll edit your videos, create your other content, write your captions and get everything ready to go.

Once approved, I'll schedule and publish your content across your social platforms.

05. We learn what's working

I'll keep an eye on your content performance, look at what's actually resonating with your audience and use those insights to shape what we create next.
